Terms of Service

Wish Angel remembers dates you add, generates greeting cards with artificial intelligence, and delivers them by text message and email at the time you choose. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Wish Angel plans are yearly auto-renewing subscriptions: Light ($29.99 USD/year), Pro ($39.99 USD/year), and Max ($49.99 USD/year). Each plan includes a yearly card-generation allowance and a contact limit; unused allowance does not roll over. Delivery channels vary by plan: Light delivers by email; Pro and Max deliver by text and email.

When purchased in our iOS or Android app, payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.

Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects an active subscription.

Wish Angel sends messages to people you add. You confirm that you know your recipients personally and have their permission or a reasonable personal basis to send them greetings. You must not use Wish Angel to spam, harass, deceive, market to strangers, or send unlawful, hateful, or adult content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable messaging laws (e.g. TCPA, CASL).

Card text and artwork are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or imperfect. Review-mode lets you approve cards before they send. You own the cards generated for you, to the extent permitted by our AI providers' terms.

Wish Angel is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered (carriers and inboxes are outside our control). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Wish Angel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Upon deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions: mehdi.amir.app@gmail.com.
